The charm is perfect! The quality is top notch. It looks just like the sample, but with my dogs paw. The owner was kind & super fast at corresponding. On a very sad stressful week in our home, she gave me a beautiful memory of our 4 legged child. It’s a priceless memory. Highly recommend this company!
