Stay away from this dishonest seller. She doesn’t take pride in her work nor care for customer satisfaction. Susan used wrong gauge and size wire to create the jump ring for my heavy pendant making it unwearable. Then she claimed she only has 2 sizes of it available. Impossible cause it’s at her discretion what size jump ring will be when she cuts the wire. Perhaps I was singled out. If not follow the rule for hardware size, then why bother making custom items? It’s just gonna get lost. An original came with a tiny crooked jump ring, nothing could go through it, except a thread. It was carelessly done. For a fee it was replaced with a thin, wide jump ring(a mocking gesture?), that distorts from the weight of a pendant. When approached, she became nasty, blaming ME for her mistakes. She refuses to fix it or refund. Bad business
